the Father

“He (Jesus), and only He, showed the world the Father, in everything He did and everything He said.”

I sat at the computer, typing VBS curriculum as my mother dictated the words she had composed.  This particular sentence seemed to hit me in the face. 

What would it be like to demonstrate the Father in everything I said and did? 

Although the world may not realize what it is (or rather Who it is) they need, they are searching desperately for the manifestation of the sons of God.  Will the real Christians please stand up?  Who is God?  What is He like?  Why am I here?  Is there a purpose for my life?  Is there life after this life?  Show me the way.

Oh, that I might accurately represent Christ.  Not by my own mainstrength and awkwardness but in His grace and strength.

    Isn’t it a wonderful thought- that one day we have the potential to demonstrate Christ completely in our lives?… We can be a pure reflection of HIM! I know I am not there yet, but I am working on it with His divine help!
